Facilities Administrator – Alderley Edge – Temporary – Ongoing – up to £13hr + holiday pay

Our client based near Alderley Edge are seeking an experienced Administrator to join their Facilities team on a temporary ongoing basis. This role will see you working 8-4pm Monday – Friday.
Duties include:
– Acting as the first point of contact for all queries or maintenance issues
– Scheduling engineers and workers in a timely manner
– Maintaining the internal system and keeping track of work carried out
– Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth operation
– Ordering supplies to support work deadlines
– General admin duties to support the team
Due to the nature of the role you will need to have an in date Enhanced DBS check and will be available to start immediately. This is an exciting opportunity to build on you experience within an established organisation.
