Forrest Recruitment Ltd are currently supporting a local organisation who specialise within their field. They are currently seeking a Sales and Workshop Administrator to join their small friendly team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, likes variety in their day, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer support.

As a Sales & Workshop Administrator, you'll be involved in a broad range of responsibilities, including:

  • Providing excellent customer service via phone and email
  • Preparing quotations and processing customer orders and payments
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records and updating internal systems
  • Coordinating with multiple departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Packing and preparing orders for dispatch
  • Assisting with workshop organisation and maintaining a clean, efficient workspace
  • Handling materials and moving stock as part of daily workshop duties
