Are you an experienced office administrator with a confident telephone manner? We are looking for a temporary candidate to join this national organisation on a temporary ongoing basis with potential permanent opportunities available.

Duties to include:

  • Booking and managing customer appointments.
  • Following up sales/competitor leads on the internal system.
  • Making outbound phone calls to customers following queries.
  • Inputting customer details onto the system.
  • Working closely with the sales team on site, providing administrative support.

The ideal candidate will be dynamic, confident picking up the phone to customers and highly organised!
