Due to growth, a homebuilders based in Birchwood are currently hiring for a Customer Service Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis.

Key duties will include:

  • Dealing with incoming calls, messages and emails.
  • Chasing contractors, closing jobs and arranging appointments.
  • Gaining new information including cost etc from subcontractors.
  • Ensuring accurate and speedy data input into the customer service operating system.
  • Dealing with documentation when required.
