A leading national manufacturer based in the heart of Altrincham has an exciting new vacancy for a proven Customer Service professional. Market leaders in their field, with a combined turnover of £50 million, they have ambitious continued plans for growth and need a further team member to join their team.

  • Liaising with wholesale customers regarding large value orders.
  • Taking details of bulk order details, keeping customers informed of order delays and any faults in products via the supply chain team.
  • Managing your own set of key accounts, dealing with any queries in a timely manner.
  • Supporting Area management with any stock/ad-hoc reporting.
  • Creating and maintaining product ranges and information on the wholesale web page and IT platforms.
  • Advising customers of new product ranges and sending samples.
  • Attending regular meetings with the Area sales manager to discuss forecasting, dormant and slow-moving stock and any other sales admin requirements.
  • Assisting sales admin team with order processing when required.

Hybrid working: 3 days in, 2 wfh. MUST live locally to Altrincham.
