Fleet Support Coordinator - Crewe - £28,840 - Permanent - Full Time (40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm)
We are recruiting for a highly organised and proactive Fleet Support Coordinator to join a busy operations support team based in Crewe.
This is a varied administrative role where you'll provide essential support across fleet management, and employee services.

- Daily duties will include…
- Producing regular reports and maintaining accurate company records.
- Coordinating company vehicles, equipment and operational resources.
- Monitoring compliance records and supporting adherence to company policies.
- Managing supplier information and maintaining accurate databases.
- Processing purchase orders, invoices and general procurement administration
- Monitoring company expenditure and assisting with invoice reconciliation.
- Maintaining employee records and supporting onboarding administration.
- Organising company equipment and coordinating returns for leavers.
- Arranging maintenance and liaising with external contractors and suppliers.
- Booking business travel and accommodation when required.
- Providing day-to-day administrative support across a busy operations team.
- Ensuring accurate documentation and supporting the smooth running of business operations.
The successful candidate will have previous experience within an administration, fleet, or business support role, have excellent organisational skills along with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy when maintaining records is essential.
Experience within transport, logistics or fleet environments would be beneficial, but is not essential. in return, the company offer a varied and fast-paced role with plenty of responsibility and the opportunity to join a supportive team within a well-established organisation.
