Credit Controller in Newcastle, Staffordshire

Credit Controller, Newcastle under Lyme, up to £32,000 DOE, Permanent

Forrest Recruitment Ltd are currently supporting a local client, who have offices all over the Globe and are within the engineering industry. They are currently seeking a Credit Controller to join their team due to internal promotion. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established and reputable organisation in the heart of Newcastle under Lyme.

Daily duties will include:

Chasing outstanding payments via phone, email and letter

Allocating cash payments

Negotiating payments plans with customers

Handling any accounting queries

Completing credit checks and monitoring changes

Sending copy statements and credit notes

Running reports on credit status

The ideal candidate must have previous credit control experience, have great communication skills and have excellent attention to detail. They offer additional holidays, excellent company pension, cycle to work scheme, free onsite parking, etc.
