CREATIVE PROJECT MANAGER, South Manchester Based. £40,000 (possibly higher DOE) 12 Month Fixed Term Contract Mon to Fri, Full Time. Responsibilities Coordinate and manage multi-disciplinary projects, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget. Act as the primary point of contact between internal teams and freelancers. Develop project timelines, schedules, and milestones. Monitor and prepare project status reports to senior management, providing timely updates and addressing any concerns or adjustments as needed. Ensure all project documentation is up-to-date and accurately maintained. Assist in the development of project proposals, including scope, budget, and timeline estimates. Identify and mitigate potential project risks, ensuring contingencies are in place to prevent project delays. Support the creative team with wider administrative tasks as and when needed. Desirables 2-3 years of experience in project coordination, preferably within a design/creative/communications environment. Proficiency in project management packages (e.g., Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project). A passion for social good and a background in non-profit organisations Strong organisational and time management skills, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
