We are working with a prestigious and well established firm based in Wilmslow who are seeking a Court of Protection Paralegal to join their small and dynamic team. This is a full time role based Monday - Friday.
Duties include:
- Responding to initial enquiries
- Sending out correspondence and documents to clients
- File opening administration
- Visiting client and liaising with relevant third parties
- Data inputting i.e. bank statements and ensuring records are kept up to date
- Completing applications and supporting clients through this
- General admin support to the wider team when needed
The successful candidate will have experience in Property and Affairs, will have a good understanding on Court of Protection matters and a positive can do attitude.
