Reporting to the Billing Manager, you will be:
- Drafting Court of Protection Deputyship and Administration Bills of Costs including for applications such as Deputyship, General Management, Statutory Wills, Gift Applications, and ad hoc applications.
- Dealing with and calculating assessments.
- Dealing with Appeals process.
- Preparing final cost certificates.
We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a team and has a good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word. Strong organisational skills, including document collation will be essential. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of drafting principles.
