Our client, a well-established law firm, is looking to expand their team with a confident and experienced Conveyancer. We are working on behalf to find the right individual who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
The Role:
As a Conveyancing Solicitor, you will be managing your own caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion. This includes:
- Handling sales, purchases, leaseholds, freeholds, and new build transactions
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other solicitors
- Conducting title checks, raising and responding to enquiries, and drafting contracts
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements
