Responsibilities
- Chasing high volumes of overdue invoices
- Contacting customers via phone and email
- Logging payments and remittances received
- Coding and updating client accounts
- Setting up and negotiating payment plans
- Working with UK and European customers
- Adhere to deadlines and timeframes
Experience / Qualifications
- Previous credit control experience
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to build business relationships
