We are currently recruiting on behalf of an established independent organisation for an experienced Administrator to join their busy and supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and highly organised administrator who thrives in a fast-paced, compliance-led environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the service, ensuring systems, records and processes are maintained to a high standard and remain fully compliant with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and updating audit systems, including data collection, recording and filing
- Supporting the induction process within set timescales
- Overseeing the service review process
- Supporting the development and review of policies in line with legislation and best practice
- Monitoring medical compliance
- Managing DBS compliance
- Maintaining oversight of training and allocating online learning
- Arranging panel meetings, venues and agendas, and taking accurate minutes when required
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to the team
- Acting as a first point of contact for customers, building positive working relationships
- Occasional travel for meetings
What Weβre Looking For
- Minimum 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at Grade C/4 or above, including English and Maths
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Experience of taking comprehensive and accurate minutes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK Driving Licence
