We are currently recruiting on behalf of an established independent organisation for an experienced Administrator to join their busy and supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and highly organised administrator who thrives in a fast-paced, compliance-led environment.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the service, ensuring systems, records and processes are maintained to a high standard and remain fully compliant with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing and updating audit systems, including data collection, recording and filing
  • Supporting the induction process within set timescales
  • Overseeing the service review process
  • Supporting the development and review of policies in line with legislation and best practice
  • Monitoring medical compliance
  • Managing DBS compliance
  • Maintaining oversight of training and allocating online learning
  • Arranging panel meetings, venues and agendas, and taking accurate minutes when required
  • Providing day-to-day administrative support to the team
  • Acting as a first point of contact for customers, building positive working relationships
  • Occasional travel for meetings

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at Grade C/4 or above, including English and Maths
  • Proven experience in an administrative role
  • Experience of taking comprehensive and accurate minutes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Full UK Driving Licence
