- Audio typing (occasionally) of notes and correspondence using dictation system
- Diary management
- Scheduling meetings for the team
- Updating patient records with confidential information
- Collating and redacting information for the team from records and files as and when needed
- Archiving
- Answering calls and taking messages
- General all round administration support
The ideal candidate will be able to offer continuity, fully office based, good accurate audio typing skills, medical experience would be an advantage, strong communicator with good organisational and administration skills.
