Business Development Executive – Permanent – Haydock – upto £30,000+bonus
Forrest Recruitment Ltd are delighted to be working exclusively with an award-winning, independently owned organisation who are a market leader in their field. They offer a range of services to businesses across the UK and are recruiting due to continued expansion, so this is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving company. Working within a modern, open plan office they are looking for someone with strong sales/making appointments background to join a team of 3.
Responsibilities:
- Working through a database of leads
- Making outbound calls to businesses across the UK and gaining details of decision makers
- Speaking to decision makers within the business to promote a usage analysis to save them money, discuss the proposition and cost savings available
- Offering a \”no win – no fee\” service
- Upselling other services from the portfolio they offer if they can\’t help them save money
- Making well qualified appointments for the Sales Consultants to meet with prospective clients
- Updating customer/conversation details on the CRM system
- Working to targets on appointments made for the sales reps
Working Hours:
- 37 hours per week (Monday-Friday)

The company are seeking someone who is confident on the phone, able to build/nuture relationships and have a consultative sales approach. Previous sales/appointment making experience is essential.
