An experienced Administrator is required to join a company going through an exciting period of growth and expansion. Ultimately an office based role, but you will also spend time in the warehouse - responsible for incoming and outgoing stock and ensuring that the system is up to date.

Duties will include:

  • Data entry and processing of stock/inventory items
  • Tracking all stock movements
  • Distributing and reporting stock levels with Engineers and other depots
  • Liaising with customers by phone and email
  • Ordering and managing inventory such as spare parts from suppliers
  • General project support such as scheduling Engineers out to customer appointments

To be successful, you will have strong administration skills, be used to working as part of a small team and be able to work in a fast paced environment. Inventory experience is not essential and can be trained.
