Based on a busy high school front desk, your duties will include:
- Answering and transferring calls
- Meeting and greeting visitors, pupils, and parents
- Issuing visitor passes
- Updating the school systems
- Responding to emails
- Making announcements and calling teachers using the school intercom system
Previous experience in a secondary school preferred but not essential. To be successful you will have previous administration and reception experience, excellent eye to detail and the ability to work calmly under pressure.
