They offer a range of services to businesses across the UK and are recruiting due to continued expansion, so this is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving company.

Working within a modern, open plan office they are looking for someone with previous commercial energy billing experience to validate, manage and report on client’s energy bills.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring all data is collected accurately from suppliers
  • Understanding and analysing commercial energy bills to identify potential billing errors
  • Producing weekly and monthly validation reports on Excel
  • Handling supplier invoice queries and resolving issues/objections
  • Managing the set up of new clients on the bespoke portal
  • Processing change of address details
  • Liaising with other departments to chase up missing data
  • Monitoring SLA’s and ensuring that client deadlines are met
  • Supporting Account Managers on client visits/meetings

Working Hours: 37 hours per week (Monday-Friday)
