A leading national manufacturer based in the heart of Altrincham have an exciting new vacancy for a proven Customer Service professional with experience looking after a portfolio of Customer accounts. Market leaders in their field, with a combined turnover of £50 million, they have ambitious continued plans for growth and need a further team member to join them.

* Managing your own set of key accounts, handling any stock, supply chain and distribution queries

* Liaising with wholesale customers regarding large value orders

* Taking details of bulk order details, keeping customers informed of order delays and any faults in products via the supply chain team.

* Supporting Area management with any stock/ad-hoc reporting

* Advising customers of new product ranges and sending samples

* Attending regular meetings with the Area sales manager to discuss forecasting, dormant and slow-moving stock and any other sales admin requirements. xiskglj

* Assisting sales admin team with order processing when required

** Hybrid working, 3 days in, 2wfh – MUST live locally to Altrincham **
