An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Business Administrator to join our clients organisation on a 12-month fixed term contract. This role is to cover a period of maternity leave, from August 2025. Based within a fast paced, open plan, friendly office environment, you will provide seamless administrative support within a team of 4. Duties will include
- To deal with telephone and email enquiries
- Arrange meetings and book appointments
- Sorting and distributing incoming post, organising and sending outgoing post
- Assist with enquiries received from stakeholders
- Compiling invoices
- Create and maintain filing systems and client files
- Update and maintain financial reports using Excel
- Typing of letters and other standard documentation
- General day to day tasks as required
The role would suit a confident character with a good head for figures. Must have a personable nature, be accurate and have an excellent telephone manner. This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday 08:30-17:00. The successful candidate will have worked in a busy office previously, be able to multitask and have excellent IT skills. You will require and excellent eye for detail, strong written English skills and be comfortable proof-reading documentation.
