Accounts Manager

Accounts Manager, Nantwich, 30 hours per week, Permanent, £35,000pr

We are currently supporting an established organisation with their recruitment drive for a fully office based Part Time Accounts Manager. The main aspect of this role will be to manage all financial aspects of the company accounts, produce financial reports for weekly meetings and check for any variances. Based in the heart of Nantwich with easy transport links and newly decorated offices, could this be the ideal role that you are looking for?

Daily duties will include:

Meet accounting objectives by forecasting requirements; expenditures, analysing variances and resolving issues

Confirm financial status by monitoring revenue and expenses; consolidation and evaluation of financial data

Preparing company accounts as and when required

Monitor and maintain Sage and Excel (pivot tables and v-look ups)

Provide weekly management information to the wider senior team

Ensure company house information is filed promptly once reviewed

Monitor the firms and staff expense claims, and identifying anything unusual

Liaise regularly with the Office Manager and MD

Maintain and update cash flow forecasting

Collate and analyse sales information and generate reports weekly

It would be advantageous if you were AAT qualified but not essential and must be confident as this will become a standalone position. The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, be trustworthy, professional and presentable. They offer 25 days holiday + bank holidays (pro rata), pension scheme, free on site parking and kitchen facilities.
