Key Responsibilities:
- Processing orders onto the system accurately
- Acting as a main point of contact for client queries over the phone and email.
- Providing customers with order updates/delays
- Inputting data onto the in-house system, ensuring records are up to date
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be confident liaising with customers over the phone and have experience in processing orders.
