Forrest Recruitment Ltd are currently supporting a local organisation who are recruiting for a part-time senior finance assistant for maternity cover.
The successful candidate will be AAT level 2 qualified and have a minimum of 3 years' experience within a similar role.
Duties will include:
- Processing monthly payment runs to landlords
- Paying staff expenses, supplier invoices and credit cards
- Reconciling bank statements, credit cards and petty cash
- Maintaining property utility records e.g. gas, electric and council tax
- Logging remittances and checking monthly statements
- Responding to call and email enquiries
- Producing financial reports when required
