An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Management Accountant to join a successful and growing construction firm.
You will work closely with the Finance Manager and be aiming to take on a lot of her duties to free her up to concentrate on other ares of the business.
Having AAT/CIMA would be an advantage, however qualified by experience will also be considered
- You will assist with and eventually take ownership of production of monthly management accounts for all divisions of the company
- Cost valuation reconciliation monthly process
- Inter company reconciliation and recharges
- Fixed asset registers and depreciation
- Internal plant calculations
- Month end journals
- VAT returns
- Check and submit CIS returns
- Bank and card reconciliations
- Payroll journals and allocations
- Checking and paying employee expenses
- Year end processing and audit preparation
