Accounts Clerk - Leyland - Permanent - £30k
Forrest Recruitment are delighted to be working exclusively with our longstanding client, a well-established and successful organisation with a strong presence across the North West. They are a highly regarded name in their field and a rare opportunity has arisen for an additional staff member to join their stunning Head Office in Leyland. Working in a busy, hands-on finance team of 3 and reporting to the Finance Director, the role involves taking responsibility of managing their subcontractor ledger.
Duties:
- Assisting with the processing of CIS returns
- Matching purchase orders to supplier invoices once invoices have been approved
- Accurately entering invoices onto the COINS system and deducting the relevant tax
- Processing weekly payroll for 25 x staff
- Responsible for full end to end payroll including deductions, RTI reporting and pensions
- Training will be provided on the COINS system
Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday (9:00am - 5:00pm)
- Friday (9:00am - 3:30pm)

The ideal candidate will have previous subcontractor ledger/construction/CIS experience but our client will consider someone with a strong all-round finance background including payroll experience. This is a fast-paced environment and would suit someone who wants to work hard and has an organised/methodical approach.
