Part Time Administrator – Temporary – Chorley – £11.44 per hour We are delighted to be working with our expanding client who has been established for over 30 years. Due to maternity leave, they are looking for a strong Administrator to join their small but busy team in Chorley. This is a great opportunity for a motivated and adaptable individual, who is proactive and is eager to develop their skills. Duties: Reviewing pictures from drivers who have delivered containers to clients sites via the company mobile phone Downloading pictures and sending to customers as proof of delivery Entering basic delivery data information on to Excel Working to SLA\’s as the spreadsheet is live and is shared with customers, so needs to be constantly updated Completing any other ad hoc duties Working hours: Monday to Friday 9:30am – 2:00pm The ideal candidate will have previous administration experience, be a strong character and have the ability to work in a busy environment.
