We are working with a prestigious and well established firm based in Wilmslow who are seeking a Court of Protection Paralegal to join their small and dynamic team. This is a full time role based Monday - Friday.

Duties include:

  • Responding to initial enquiries
  • Sending out correspondence and documents to clients
  • File opening administration
  • Visiting client and liaising with relevant third parties
  • Data inputting i.e. bank statements and ensuring records are kept up to date
  • Completing applications and supporting clients through this
  • General admin support to the wider team when needed

The successful candidate will have experience in Property and Affairs, will have a good understanding on Court of Protection matters and a positive can do attitude.
