We are looking for an experienced Self-Employed Financial Advisor who has an established client bank and is seeking a supportive, professional home to help develop and expand their business.
This is a remote role, with access to office facilities in Hove and London as required.

Key Responsibilities
As a Self-Employed Financial Advisor, you will be responsible for providing holistic financial planning and advisory services to your existing clients while developing new business opportunities.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with individual and business clients.
- Conducting detailed assessments of clients’ financial circumstances and objectives.
- Developing and implementing tailored financial planning strategies across retirement planning, investments, pensions, protection and overall wealth management.
- Carrying out regular client reviews, monitoring investment portfolios and recommending appropriate adjustments in response to changing client needs, market conditions and legislation.
- Preparing clear, professional financial reports and recommendations, translating complex financial concepts into straightforward, client-friendly advice.
- Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring all advice and documentation meet FCA regulatory requirements and internal compliance standards.
- Working collaboratively with paraplanners, administrators, compliance colleagues and external providers to deliver an exceptional client experience.
- Identifying opportunities to grow your client bank through referrals, networking and professional relationships.
- What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will have
- Existing experience as a Financial Advisor within a regulated environment.
- An established and transferable client bank.
- Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent), with Chartered status desirable.
- Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments, protection and holistic financial planning.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial matters clearly.
- A client-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality, ethical advice.
- A thorough understanding of FCA regulations and Consumer Duty requirements.
- The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a wider support team.
- A growth mindset and a desire to work collaboratively with experienced investment and technical professionals to enhance client outcomes.
