In this fast-paced role, you will bridge the gap between science and sales. You will manage the full sales process, collaborating closely with our Inside Sales team to turn leads into successful partnerships. This is a highly consultative role perfect for a scientist looking to transition into business, or an experienced sales professional with a strong technical background. /p p br /p p strong Key Responsibilities /strong /p ul li strong Own the Sales Process: /strong Manage opportunities from initial contact through negotiation, pricing, purchasing follow-up, and closing. /li li strong Showcase the Tech: /strong Deliver compelling customer demos and provide hands-on support during product evaluations. /li li strong Support the Customer Journey: /strong Provide expert applications support, implement customer training, and ensure a seamless onboarding. /li li strong Travel Network: /strong Travel as required across the territory to meet with customers, perform equipment demonstrations, and represent FORMULATRIX® at industry trade shows. /li /ul p br /p p strong Qualifications /strong /p ul li strong Educational Background: /strong BSc (or equivalent) in a life sciences field, featuring solid knowledge of general biochemistry, cell biology, and molecular biology. /li li strong Technical Expertise: /strong Hands-on experience in at least one of the following areas: Preparative macromolecular separation techniques, microfiltration/ultrafiltration ( strong Tangential Flow Filtration / TFF experience is highly preferred /strong ), purification and characterization of proteins, nucleic acids, viral vectors, or lipid nanoparticles on a multi-milligram scale. /li li strong Commercial Acumen: /strong Prior sales experience is a definite advantage, but strong not essential /strong if you have the right technical drive and communication skills. /li li strong Communication Skills: /strong Excellent verbal and written communication skills are an absolute must. /li li strong Mobility: /strong Location UK or Central Germany, with an ability to travel as needed throughout the Europe.
