We're currently partnered with a fast-growing, consumer-facing platform business, on a mission to make an everyday process simpler, faster, and more rewarding for their customers. They're in the middle of a major evolution of their digital platform including an ongoing rebrand and a strong focus on continuously testing and improving the end-to-end customer journey.

They're looking for an experienced, hands-on Senior UX Designer to join the team and work closely and collaboratively with product, engineering, and leadership, not just handing off wireframes, but embedded in shaping and iterating on the customer experience day to day.

The successful Senior UX Designer will have:

  • 4+ years' experience as a Product/UX Designer in a similar company (ideally consumer/B2C, e-commerce, or marketplace platforms)
  • A collaborative, hands-on working style - comfortable working closely with product and engineering rather than working in isolation
  • Experience running structured experimentation (A/B testing) to inform and validate design decisions
  • Experience defining and executing design strategy end-to-end, from ideation through to launch
  • Strong stakeholder management skills - confident influencing non-technical audiences and senior leadership

If this resonates and you're looking for your next contract with a scaling, consumer-first business, apply below with your CV.

Unfortunately, due to the high volume of applications, not all submissions will receive feedback.
