We're hiring an Agile Delivery Manager, with proven retail-sector experience, for an immediately identifiable, luxury retail brand. This Agile Delivery Manager position sits at the core of a major transformation programme spanning stores, distribution centres and head office - bringing structure, governance and pace to a high-visibility rollout and will challenge the way things have been done to date.

You'd own delivery at both ends, working alongside Retail Ops, Supply Chain, Merchandising and Store Tech teams, whilst managing third-party delivery partners to keep the programme on the right track.

As an Agile Delivery Manager, you'll:

  • Shape scope, milestones and operational workflows in partnership with the business
  • Manage delivery partners/vendors, including ensuring third-party technology vendors deliver against agreed standards
  • Drive integration across point-of-sale, inventory and warehouse management systems

What we're looking for in an Agile Delivery Manager:

  • Proven experience managing finances and budgets
  • Retail sector experience is a considerable nice-to-have
  • Prince2/Agile/PMP certification is essential
  • Competent in Agile and running ceremonies i.e. (stand ups and retros)
  • Comfortable managing and challenging third-party delivery partners
