We're working with a high-growth company looking for an experienced Marketing Technology contractor to cover a 12 month period. The client holds a cross-functional team seeking a hands-on specialist to take full ownership of their martech stack and deliver immediate impact.

We're looking for a contractor with deep expertise in data tracking, tag management and privacy-compliant implementation across web and app platforms.

Responsibilities for the Senior Marketing Technology Contractor:

  • Define and implement tracking frameworks across web and app platforms, ensuring alignment with marketing KPIs
  • Collaborate with Engineering to optimise the data layer for analytics
  • Implement app tracking via Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) such as Adjust and SKAN
  • Conduct regular audits to maintain data accuracy and quality
  • Ensure all tracking solutions comply with GDPR, App Tracking Transparency (ATT), and applicable regulations
  • Identify inefficiencies in marketing workflows and contribute to AI-driven automation initiatives

Key Requirements for the Senior Marketing Technology Contractor:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in data tracking, martech, or marketing analytics
  • Strong experience with Google Tag Manager and GA4
  • Experience implementing MMPs such as Adjust and SKAN
  • Knowledge of GDPR and privacy-compliant tracking
  • Familiarity with automation and AI-enabled marketing workflows
  • Excellent communication skills - comfortable bridging marketing and engineering teams
