As a Lead Software Engineer, you will be responsible for technical excellence, line management, and consistent proactive communication across many stakeholders, clients, and colleagues. You'll have a passion for AI-driven innovation and lead the charge across several projects and initiatives.
Responsibilities as Lead Software Engineer:- Own technical delivery across a wide portfolio of projects and initiatives
- Drive the adoption of AI tooling and practices across the engineering function
- Strong engineering background in TypeScript, Angular, Python, Java or Go
- Expertise designing and building systems with performance and scalability in mind
- Familiarity with Gen AI frameworks such as LangGraph, Crew AI or the OpenAI ecosystems
- Exposure to AWS, GCP, or Azure
- DevOps and Infrastructure tooling - CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes
- Experience building and maintaining distributed systems
- SQL & NoSQL databases
