We are working with a well-established, London-based consumer technology business that is investing heavily in AI and personalisation as part of a significant digital transformation. They are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own their Discovery experience while helping shape how AI can make a high-touch service feel even more intuitive and personal at scale.

This is a genuinely interesting product challenge. The business serves a large and engaged membership base across multiple lifestyle verticals. The goal is not to replace the human element with automation, it is to use AI thoughtfully, so members feel understood and catered for without the service losing its warmth. Getting that balance right is the real brief.

You will work closely with Data Science, Engineering, and Design across a distributed international team, with real autonomy to shape strategy and make an impact from day one.

What you will own:

  • Vision and roadmap for search, discovery, and AI-powered personalisation across the platform
  • ML-driven recommendation engines, dynamic feeds, and ranking algorithms that surface the right content to the right member at the right moment
  • Automation of high-volume workflows in a way that preserves the personal, considered feel of the service
  • Merchandising tools for curated collections, campaigns, and partner promotions
  • Discovery metrics and experimentation to continuously improve findability and engagement
  • Mentoring junior PMs and collaborating cross-functionally across a global team

What they are looking for:

  • ~5+ years in product management with a background in search, personalisation, or AI-driven product experiences
  • ~ Experience building products where automation and human experience need to coexist, you understand when not to automate as much as when to
  • ~ Comfortable with ambiguity and able to bring structure to evolving, fast-moving environments
  • ~ Strong analytical foundation, at ease with data science concepts, ML features, and experimentation
  • ~ A communicator who can influence senior stakeholders and bridge technical and non-technical teams
  • ~ London-based and open to hybrid working

What is on offer:

  • Salary up to £90,000
  • Remote working holidays
  • Paid sabbaticals
  • Employee discounts
  • Loyalty rewards and bonuses
  • Genuine career progression in a business going through a major phase of digital investment
  • Volunteer day each year

Due to the volume of applications we are unable to provide individual feedback on every submission.
