We're working with a well-established, London-based technology business, who's looking for a Senior Product Manager to own their Discovery experience. The company operates across multiple consumer verticals at scale and is investing heavily in AI and personalisation as part of a broader digital transformation.

This is a genuine opportunity to shape product strategy from the ground up, defining how users find and engage with a large and complex inventory, without being micromanaged. You'll work closely with Data Science, Engineering and Design across a distributed, international team.

What you'll own:

  • Vision and roadmap for search and discovery across the platform
  • AI/ML-driven personalisation, dynamic feeds, ranking algorithms and recommendations
  • Merchandising tools for curated collections, campaigns and partner promotions
  • Discovery metrics and experimentation to continuously improve content findability
  • Mentoring junior PMs and collaborating cross-functionally across a global team

  • ~5+ years in product management with a background in search, e-commerce or algorithmic personalisation
  • ~ Comfortable bringing structure to ambiguous, evolving environments
  • ~ Confident communicator, able to influence senior stakeholders and work across technical and non-technical teams
