Formula. is a fast-growing UK professional services group investing heavily in AI.
They are hiring their first data scientist to move AI from pilot into production across the business, shaping direction rather than managing people. You’ll identify where AI adds value, run human-in-the-loop experiments, establish baselines and dashboards for board-level visibility, and monitor models in production for drift and quality.
