We are partnered with an exciting, high-growth company seeking a Project Manager to play a vital role in delivering projects within a fast-paced media technology environment. This role requires a combination of strong organisational skills, excellent communication, and experience working in complex media environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain project documentation, tickets, tracking tools, and reporting systems
  • Coordinate project schedules, ensuring tasks are assigned and deadlines are met
  • Monitor project progress and proactively identify and resolve potential roadblocks
  • Liaise with and coordinate internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, engineering, DevOps, clients, and vendors)
  • Promote and support the adoption of Agile methodologies across teams
  • Drive end-to-end change management within client organisations
  • Support the adoption of new workflows and technologies
  • Apply strategic thinking to business, product, and technical challenges
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels

Requirements:

  • Experience in complex media environments
  • Exposure to MAM (Media Asset Management) projects
  • Consulting background preferred
  • Proven ability to work in fast-paced environments
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Salary & Benefits:
