A growing B2B SaaS business is looking for a Technical Pre-Sales Consultant to lead technical engagement during the pre-sales phase, shaping solutions and acting as the bridge between client requirements and technical delivery.
This is a highly client-facing role that sits at the intersection of Sales, Product, and Engineering. You'll be presenting to audiences from hands-on technical teams through to C-suite, translating complex workflows into clear, compelling solutions that can actually be built and delivered.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading technical discovery sessions and workshops to understand client workflows and pain points
- Designing end-to-end solutions and producing architecture diagrams, technical proposals, and documentation
- Presenting solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders including C-level audiences
- Supporting RFI and RFP responses, proof of concepts, and customer trials
- Building trusted relationships across production, engineering, and strategy teams
- Feeding client insight back to Product and Engineering to influence the roadmap
- Maintaining reusable pre-sales materials and staying current on emerging technologies
What we're looking for:
- 3+ years in pre-sales engineering, solutions architecture, or a similar client-facing technical role
- Strong experience with cloud-based platforms and workflow solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Proven ability to produce technical documentation and architecture diagrams
- Understanding of APIs, workflow automation, and integrations a strong advantage
- Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms desirable
- Background in content, digital asset management, or workflow-heavy environments a bonus
