We're looking for an Engineering Manager to join a well-established, scaled consumer business with a large and growing engineering function. This is a company that takes engineering seriously; teams own what they build end to end, which means you'll drive technical excellence and team performance.

  • Lead a squad of engineers and specialists, managing performance, providing coaching, and supporting career development.
  • Take ownership of technical decisions within the squad, ensuring alignment with wider engineering and company strategy.
  • Work with the Product Manager to set OKRs, co-lead quarterly and annual planning, and drive prioritisation to achieve goals.
  • Identify risks and blockers early, communicating progress against OKRs and KPIs to relevant stakeholders.
  • Foster a healthy, positive team culture and collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners (UX, Data, Product).

Proven experience managing a team of software engineers, with a hands-on understanding of the craft. ~5+ years of experience in engineering leadership or a closely related technical role. ~ Strong ability to set team goals, drive prioritisation, and measure and improve team performance.
