We're working with a large, global consumer services business to find a Senior Technical Product Manager who can take genuine ownership of how their systems connect and communicate. This isn't a Product role where "technical" is just a word on the job title. You'll sit at the true intersection of Product, Engineering and Architecture, owning the strategy and delivery of the integrations and APIs that connect core systems across the business. You'll be trusted to get into the technical detail, challenge architectural decisions, and still keep sight of the bigger commercial picture.

What you'll be doing:

  • Owning the vision, roadmap and prioritisation for the internal API and integration landscape
  • Shaping API strategy that supports business transformation, operational efficiency and long-term scalability
  • Partnering closely with engineering, architecture and Salesforce teams to define integration patterns and standards
  • Guiding the design of secure, resilient and reusable APIs
  • Leading integration initiatives end-to-end, from discovery through to delivery
  • Turning complex technical and operational challenges into clear, actionable product outcomes

What you'll bring:

  • Genuine experience as a Product Manager or Technical Product Manager in a complex technology environment
  • A track record of delivering real APIs, integrations or platform connectivity solutions
  • Strong grasp of API architecture, microservices and integration patterns
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce ecosystems and enterprise integrations
  • The confidence to sit across the table from senior engineers and hold your own on technical decisions
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Nice to have:

  • Exposure to MuleSoft, Boomi, Kafka or similar middleware/event platforms
  • Understanding of OAuth2/JWT authentication and security models
  • Background in travel, loyalty, fintech or enterprise CRM environments

If this sounds like the kind of ownership you've been looking for, apply now or reach out directly for a confidential conversation. Please note, due to the many applications we receive, not all applicants will receive feedback.
