We're working with a globally recognised luxury hospitality brand operating across Europe and the US who are in the middle of a significant finance transformation programme, including the implementation of Sage Intacct.
As the Finance Transformation Business Analyst, you will work at the heart of their new finance system implementation, partnering with finance, operations, technology and third-party vendors to:
- Document current processes, define future-state requirements and support the delivery of system and reporting improvements.
- Document and analyse current-state finance processes, systems and data flows across the group.
- Elicit and manage business requirements for finance systems, reporting and process improvement initiatives.
- Produce process maps, user stories, gap analyses and functional specifications to support solution design.
- Support test planning, UAT, cutover readiness and post-go-live stabilisation.
- Support change management and user adoption through training materials and process documentation.
A background in business analysis within finance transformation or systems implementation, including Sage Intacct is required. You should have a strong understanding of core finance processes including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting and management reporting. Experience producing process maps, business requirements, functional specifications and test scripts is essential, along with experience supporting testing, training and change management within transformation programmes.
