We're recruiting on behalf of a leading strategy, operations and digital consultancy. What You'll Be Doing

  • Designing and building robust data pipelines for streamed, batched, and on-demand data sources
  • Owning ETL/ELT processes and maintaining automation for data collection and analysis
  • Working closely with product owners, data scientists, and infrastructure engineers to deliver scalable solutions
  • Contributing to the consultancy's proprietary platform development
  • Working in an Agile delivery model (Discovery – Alpha – Beta – Live) aligned to GDS standards
  • Engaging with client stakeholders to understand their data landscape, security requirements, and digital maturity
  • Coaching and mentoring junior team members

What We're Looking For

  • Strong data engineering experience, including complex data pipeline design
  • Cloud platform expertise — Azure-centric, with solid knowledge of Azure Data Factory and related Azure data services
  • Strong SQL and data modelling skills
  • Experience with API-based integrations and SaaS platform connectivity
  • Comfortable working independently and presenting technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • A growth mindset with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Must be eligible for UK Security Clearance (SC level)
