We are partnered with a multi-site consumer brand who are looking for an experienced Contract Programme Manager to lead complex technology initiatives across digital platforms, infrastructure, and operational systems. As the Contract Technical Programme Manager you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of strategic programmes, ensuring delivery is structured, efficient, and aligned to business goals.
We are seeking an individual that has a background in leading large-scale technology programmes from initiation through to completion and is skilled in improving delivery frameworks to enhance efficiency across the organisations.
Key responsibilities/skills:- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology programmes across digital and infrastructure initiatives.
- 10+ years delivering complex technology programmes.
- Experience managing multi-site deployments across the globe.
- Ability to run programmes from business case through to rollout and stabilisation.
- Strong understanding of Point of Sale (POS), payments, and in-store systems.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams (product, engineering, operations, finance).
- Influence stakeholders without direct authority in matrix organisations.
- Experience working in Agile product environments while managing structured delivery.
- Establish and maintain clear programme governance, including scope, budgets, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
- Facilitate workshops and planning sessions to align teams and drive decision-making.
- Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and high performance across programme teams.
