The role:
This is a unique role where you’ll own the digital customer experience end-to-end - evaluating their current frontend setup, defining the technology roadmap, and leading the build of modern, high-performance experiences. You’ll sit at the intersection of frontend engineering, growth, and marketing technology, working closely with Product, Marketing, and Data teams.
Day to day you’ll be:
- Architecting and delivering frontend solutions in React, Next.js, Vue, or similar
- Running A/B tests and conversion optimisation experiments
- Owning analytics and tag management (GA4, GTM, Segment, or similar)
- Driving technical SEO and web performance improvements
- Mentoring and developing the wider engineering team
You’ll need:
- 7+ years in frontend or full-stack development, 2+ years at senior/lead level
- Strong JavaScript/TypeScript and modern framework expertise
- Hands-on analytics, tracking, and experimentation experience
- The ability to operate across technical and commercial stakeholders with ease
- Bonus points for Webflow, headless CMS, or a growth engineering background.
