We’re partnered with a global leader in loyalty and customer engagement, looking for a Solutions Architect to join their London team. This is a hands‑on, client‑facing role where you’ll shape technical strategy, build scalable architectures, and deliver cutting‑edge solutions for household brands in the travel, retail, and financial sectors.
As Solutions Architect, you’ll act as a bridge between engineering, business, and clients, blending deep technical expertise with a sharp understanding of customer needs. Expect to lead solution design, drive proof‑of‑concepts, and collaborate directly with senior stakeholders on high‑impact projects.
Key skills as a Solutions Architect:
- Proven background in software engineering with a strong grasp of API design, cloud architecture, and scalable system design.Hands‑on coding experience with modern technologies including Typescript (Node.js/React), AWS, Kubernetes, GraphQL, Kafka.
- Track record of working directly with clients on technical solutions, RFPs, and complex integrations.
- Ability to build prototypes and proof‑of‑concepts that validate ideas and showcase value.
- Expertise in CRMs, e‑commerce platforms, payment systems, and customer experience optimisation.
- Confident in communicating with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
