We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Recruitment Consultant to join our talent acquisition team in London Victoria. This role you will be responsible for recruiting leading product professionals including UI/UX Designers, Product Managers and Product Owners across the Tech Sector. We have a range of key clients who are going through digital transformations and require Product team rebuilds and expansion. This position will lead our Product Delivery into these alongside developing your own desk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead our UX/UI, Product Manager, Product Owner recruitment.
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific needs.
- Advise clients on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent acquisition strategies.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial contact through offer negotiation.
- Stay informed about industry trends in UI/UX design, product management, and recruitment practices.
Qualifications:
- 4 + years of Product Recruitment experience delivering into UI/UX, Product Management, and Product Owner roles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven track record of successful placements in product roles.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
- Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills.
Desired Skills:
- Understanding of design thinking, user research methodologies, and product development frameworks.
- Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch) and product management tools.
- Familiarity with compensation structures for various product roles.
- Experience in agency or in-house recruitment environments.
