We are partnered with an exciting, high-growth company seeking a Project Manager to play a vital role in delivering projects within a fast-paced media technology environment. This role requires a combination of strong organisational skills, excellent communication, and experience working in complex media environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain project documentation, tickets, tracking tools, and reporting systems
- Coordinate project schedules, ensuring tasks are assigned and deadlines are met
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify and resolve potential roadblocks
- Liaise with and coordinate internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, engineering, DevOps, clients, and vendors)
- Promote and support the adoption of Agile methodologies across teams
- Drive end-to-end change management within client organisations
- Support the adoption of new workflows and technologies
- Apply strategic thinking to business, product, and technical challenges
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
Requirements:
- Experience in complex media environments
- Exposure to MAM (Media Asset Management) projects
- Consulting background preferred
- Proven ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Salary & Benefits:
- Up to £65,000 per annum
- Hybrid working (2–3 days per week in a London office)
