Product Designer

Leading Hospitality Platform | Up to £70,000

We are seeking a Product Designer to join a leading hospitality platform at a truly exciting time of growth and transformation. This role offers the opportunity to work across an end-to-end native mobile experience, serving millions of customers globally, and taking ideas from early-stage thinking and ideation through to polished, high-quality UI design across both iOS and Android.

The team is looking for an experienced Product Designer with ambition and strong craft, who is excited by the challenge of rebuilding and redesigning core app experiences, improving both UI and UX, evolving design systems, and collaborating closely with a passionate, cross-functional team to drive meaningful change.

Key Responsibilities

  • 5+ years’ experience working in Product Design / UX / UI, supported by a strong portfolio
  • Proven experience designing for mobile, web, and responsive environments
  • Strong end-to-end experience working on native mobile applications
  • Ability to take ownership from discovery through to delivery and launch
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
  • Passion for accessibility, simplicity, and continuous improvement
  • Manage and evolve the design system to ensure a cohesive, scalable, and consistent UI/UX across products
  • Clearly communicate design thinking and decisions to cross-functional teams, aligning on goals and outcomes
  • Partner closely with engineers to ensure seamless implementation, maintaining design quality through QA and release
  • Actively contribute within agile teams, participating in sprint ceremonies and backlog refinement
  • Background working within .com, travel, or hospitality organisations is a strong plus
