I'm currently partnered with a leader in professional services who are looking for an experienced Presales Consultant/Architect to join their growing Presales team. This is a key role where you'll combine your technical expertise with commercial acumen to craft compelling, innovative solutions that drive business growth. As a Presales Consultant, you'll work closely with the sales and delivery teams, translating complex business requirements into powerful solution designs. Reporting to the Head of Presales, you'll play a vital role in shaping the client journey from initial engagement through to successful onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with sales teams to qualify opportunities and shape winning technical strategies.
- Design solution architectures that are scalable, innovative, and aligned with client goals.
- Deliver impactful demos, presentations, and proposals that clearly communicate value.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to prospective clients, simplifying complex concepts.
- Provide technical input into bids, RFPs, and proposals, ensuring a clear path from concept to delivery.
- Proven experience in a presales or client-facing solutions-driven role.
- A deep understanding of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Power Apps, Power Automate, and broader Microsoft technologies.
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to align technical solutions with business outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills, able to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- A proactive, consultative approach and a passion for solving problems creatively.
