This is an opportunity to join a highly skilled team as a Sales Engineer, helping customers solve complex technical problems and ensuring successful adoption of cutting-edge technology. You’ll work closely with clients, engineers, and researchers to translate product capabilities into real-world solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary technical contact for prospective and existing clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to design and present tailored technical solutions.
- Support proof-of-concept deployments and product evaluations.
- Communicate customer requirements effectively to engineering teams.
- Build lightweight tools, scripts, or demos (Python experience beneficial) to showcase product functionality.
- Develop a strong understanding of the company’s products and their technical applications.
- Background in software engineering, computer science, or a related technical discipline.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience supporting technical sales cycles, solution architecture, or pre-sales engineering.
- Proficiency in Python for automation, data handling, or problem-solving (preferred but not essential).
- A genuine interest in AI, security, and modern software technologies.
- Ability to work collaboratively across technical and commercial teams.
- An active DV Clearance is a huge benefit (would increase the base salary!).
